LE&RN is headed to big places.
Walk with us — and join the fight!

On Sunday, September 14th, we’ll step onto one of the most famous bridges in the world — the Brooklyn Bridge — and walk the footbridge, together, to Manhattan. The
2014 Walk for Lymphedema & Lymphatic Diseases represents a milestone for LE&RN. It will be our first Walk with our new name and expanded mission, and our first Walk ever in New York City.
Where: Cadman Plaza Park, Brooklyn
When: September 14, 2014 at 10:00 am
What: Speakers, Sponsor Booths, Refreshments, Great Company
Why: To show the world that no obstacle is too broad as we demand more research, education and advocacy for those affected with lymphedema and lymphatic diseases
Who: Anyone who believes that there will one day be a cure
Registration is easy. Just join a team or set up one of your own — and start fundraising. Don’t forget to ask your employer if they have a Matching Gift Program. We also have Sponsorship Opportunities available. If you own a business or work for a business which would like to support LE&RN, please contact LE&RN Outreach Director Colleen McGuire at
Can’t make it out to the park on the 14th? Walk in your own community, hold a virtual walk, or make a personal donation to promote our mission: to fight lymphatic disease and lymphedema through education, research and advocacy.
See you at the bridge!
